You can exchange items within seven (7) days of delivery, if the product delivered in damaged and the same should be supported by video shared via WhatsApp
Items requested for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in their original packing with tags attached.
Your request for exchange would be entrained only if the price tag is retained and only if we are satisfied that the product returned by your is unused and unworn
We do not offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to replace the item with new one, if they meet the return criteria.
If we accept your exchange request, you shall bear the Shipping Charges for shipping the exchanged item to your destination.
